How to cook:
Stir Fry Frozen
Cook time: 8 -10 minutes.
Pre-heat 30ml (approximately 2tablespoons) of oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium to high heat.
Add required amount to the pan. Fry over a medium to high heat for 8-10 minutes. Stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
