Our Leadership

H. E. Ahmed Al Hakbani is Chairman of Siwar and brings a diverse wealth of leadership experience to the company. As well as being Co Founder and CEO of Simplified Financial Solutions and Head of the Saudi Delegation, he sits on several boards including: NRRC, Saudi Airlines and Obaikan Glass. In his previous capacity,

H. E. Ahmed held the position of Governor, Saudi Customs and served as Board Member for the Saudi Food & Drug Authority. H. E. Ahmed holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of King Saud University with a BSc in Computer Information Systems.

Majed Alnefaie is Vice Chairman of Siwar and brings exceptional experience and expertise to Siwar. He is CEO of Seera Group and has been a board member of the Group since 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in the travel, hospitality and leisure industry. Majed is a member of the board at the Retags company, the Al Hanove Travel Company and the Al Mawasim Tours Company. He is also CEO of the Al Mawasim Hajj and Umrah Services company, as well as managing a number of companies that specialise in the field of tourism and hotel services. Majed is a graduate of Umm Al Qura University with a BSc in Accounting.
Loaye Al-Nahedh is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Siwar. Loaye has extensive experience of leading established and start-up businesses. He held the position of Partner, McKinsey & Company in KSA, after which he went on become CEO for a PE backed industrial company. Loaye is also Executive Chairman for International Advisors. Loaye graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals with a BSc in Electrical Engineering and he holds an MBA.
With over two decades of global experience complemented by a robust academic and professional pedigree. Graduated with a B.Sc. in Management Science and Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in Operational Research from the University of Stirling, his illustrious career further elevates an MBA from City University of London. Yusuf has held pivotal roles, including CMO/Head of Marketing and Products at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait and Al Rajhi Bank KSA, Chief Marketing Officer for Middle East & Africa at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd UAE, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority, and Director of Marketing & Product Development at American Express, New York, USA. Renowned for optimising P&L through strategic marketing and digital transformations, Yusuf’s combined academic prowess and industry-leading roles solidify our brand's prominence in the market.
With over 32 years of distinguished experience in the GCC and India, Sheriff is an emblem of excellence in sales, business development, and category leadership. His illustrious journey includes pivotal roles such as Country Manager at KDD, General Manager at AAMCO, Executive Director of Sales (GCC) at The National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC), and National Accounts Manager at Almarai. Sheriff's acumen extends beyond sales, encompassing finance and logistics, showcasing proficiency in managing multifaceted distribution channels across various markets. Sheriff is a results-driven visionary who is celebrated for amplifying market shares and bridging teams across diverse cultural landscapes.
